Common questions

How much smaller will my PDF get?

It depends on the content. Scans and image-heavy files shrink a lot; text-only PDFs that are already optimised may barely change, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Does compressing lose quality?

Light compression is lossless cleanup. Stronger levels reduce image quality to save space, which you can see in the preview before downloading.

Is there a file size limit?

Free accounts can compress files up to 25 MB. Pro allows much larger documents.
