1. Who these terms are with

Dockeazy is operated by [Your registered business name] ([Sole proprietorship / Private limited]), [Registered address, city, state, PIN], India. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to process.
• Use the service to infringe copyright or process unlawful material.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or payment requirements.
• Probe, scan, or attack the service, or use it to distribute malware.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will normally contact you first.

4. Your documents

You keep all rights to the documents you process. We claim no ownership over your content and we do not use it to train models. Most tools run entirely in your browser; where a file is uploaded, it is deleted automatically as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Free plan and fair use

The free plan includes daily limits per tool and caps on file size and page count. These limits are enforced by our servers and may change as we learn what is sustainable. Paid plans described as unlimited remain subject to reasonable fair-use protections against automated or abusive volume.

6. Payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pro is billed at ₹299 per month unless you choose annual billing.
• The ₹49 7-day trial converts to a monthly subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. The renewal price and date are shown before you pay.
• One-time exports and credit packs are single purchases. They do not renew.
• Credits are consumed only after a premium export succeeds. A failed export does not consume a credit.
• Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. We may change prices with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

Payments are processed by our payment partners. We never receive or store your full card details.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it will run until the end of the period you have paid for. Refund terms are set out on our Refunds and Cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

9. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Keep your own copies of important documents. Automatic deletion means we cannot recover files after their retention period ends.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
